世界珠算心算联合会（以下简称“世珠联”）第四届珠心算比赛、世珠联第三届第二次理事会和第四次常务理事会,定于2012年8月13日在中国山东省济南市举行。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、时间：北京时间2012年8月12日报到，13日上午比赛，下午开会。

二、地点:中国山东省济南市（具体地址另行通知）。

三、比赛：相关事宜（报名费、报名时间、样题等）详见比赛办法。

四、会议内容：

1、讨论世珠联工作；

2、交流推广珠算珠心算经验。

五、费用：与会及参加比赛的全体人员的食、宿及交通费用自理。

请各会员单位积极报名参赛，在规定时间内上报参赛名单(电子版)。

Notice on the 4th Competition of Abacus and Mental Arithmetic and Two Meetings of WAAMA

Dear Members,

WAAMA will hold the 4th competition of abacus and mental arithmetic, the 2nd council meeting and 4th executive council meeting in Jinan City of Shandong Province of China in Aug. 13, 2012. Please kindly be reminded the following issues:

I. Time: The registration time (Beijing time) is on August 12, 2012. The competition is in the morning of August 13, 2012. Two meetings are separately arranged in the afternoon of the same day.

II. Registration and meeting place: Jinan city, China. (The specific address will be notified till further notice)

III. The issues related to entry fee, registration time, sample questions and other games approach are detailed in the arrangement of competition.

IV. The content of meeting:

i. To discuss the work of WAAMA;

ii. To exchange the experience on developing abacus and mental arithmetic.

V. Fee:

All participants who attend to meeting or competition shall pay expenses on food, lodging and transportation by themselves.

Hope all members actively join in the competition and submit the name list of player by e-mail within the specified time.
